SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Synergic living will process your order within 24 hours of receipt during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM (Easter Standard Time) with the exception of Statutory Holidays.
We will package your item(s) and charge your PayPal account for the total order amount including applicable sale taxes and any applicable shipping costs for your geographic area. All Charges are stated in Canadian currency. Upon shipping, you will be sent an email confirmation that your item has been shipped. Where applicable, this confirmation will include your package tracking number.
Please note that we do not ship any perishable food items (including green smoothies).
Bulk product may require additional charges calculated before shipment. All weights are stated in metric measurements.

GTA ORDERS
Residents of the GTA receive FREE shipping with a minimum purchase of 4 bags. There is a nominal C$ 11.00 shipping charge for orders under 4 bags and/or outside the GTA area. See below for delivery options:
Our basic service in Canada utilizes Canada Post Expedited Parcel for speedy delivery. If you require even faster service, Xpresspost is available for an extra fee. Please contact us for details by emailing ivette@synergicliving.com including your name and Order Number.
- Expedited Parcel service is the default for shipping, with an estimated arrival time of the next business day within the GTA destinations, and 1-3 business days for most other areas outside of the GTA destinations. Higher amounts also available for an extra fee.
- Xpresspost service is available for an extra charge and it has an estimated arrival time of the next business day to most destinations within Ontario. Higher amounts also available for an extra fee.

OUTSIDE ONTARIO WITHIN CANADA
All packages are charged a C$25.00 flat shipping rate and shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Up to $100 FREE insurance included. Estimated shipping time is as little as 6 days between most major business centers. Heavier and/or larger packages may be subject to different rating, only after consultation with customers.
– For an extra charge, Xpress Post USA is the fastest option for most packages, and includes $100 FREE insurance with higher amounts available for an extra fee. Estimated shipping time is 2 and 3 business days.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for mail orders including any applicable sales taxes or pre-arranged shipping costs will be charged to your PayPal account at the moment the order is placed. Amounts showing on your PayPal account prior to billing are solely a hold placed on funds to ensure a complete and smooth transaction. Unfulfilled orders will result in any holds being removed.
SALES TAX
GST is a mandatory federal tax on most items and applies to the shipping charges, based on the address it is shipped.
RETURN POLICY
No returns accepted within Canada.

We endeavor to provide you with full protection surrounding any personal information such as your name and contact information, including your mailing address, contact telephone number(s), and other pertinent identifying information you may provide to us in order to serve your needs. PAYPAL PROCESSING POLICY
We work to protect the security of your information so that no part of your Credit Card can be read during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypting software. Paypal payments are processed upon receipt of your order. You will be notified when the order has been processed.
